Senior digital marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage content and communication message to consumer, plan and delivery of digital content strategies through social media, create customer engagement and generate first product trial through company online channels including: - Maximizing followers and members on social media platforms and monitoring for customer comments both positive and negative via all online channels. - Engaging with customers to resolve customer service issues and or create positive PR opportunities. - Work with Media Agency and customers on online media selection and utilization to create brand awareness and customer engagement including communication message management, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking - Continue research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing and working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns. - Administrate customer loyalty program including • Customer engagement via SMS and e-newsletter • Prepare for the launch of additional product/campaigns

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 3 year’s work experience in digital marketing • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent • Experience in managing loyalty program and CRM a plus • Good communication skills in both English and Thai • Excellent knowledge of internet/digital technology, new trends and the latest in social/digital media innovation (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, mobile app development, etc.) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of graphic design tools; HTML etc. • Good team player, service, self-motivated and willing to work hard
