• Operation Support Manager Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications or related field with 5 years of experience in ICT network operation roles. • Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, TCP/IP Networking, Unix/Linux Administrator. • Good Knowledge and experience in Internet and IP Network equipment trouble shooting and fault analysis, taking charge of problem resolution and report to management. • Able to manage operation team, train/coach operation staff and end users, if required. • Good service mind with attention to detail, operating process and good organizer. • Good personality and communication skills, writing, reporting, operation summary. • Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard or overtime if needed. • Interested in modern ICT technology and eager to learn new things quickly. Responsibility: • Learn company product features and able to support customers troubleshooting. • LEAD and manage operation team to professionally receive calls from customers about service fault, repair or any other end user requests. • Handle complaints, analyze problem causes and suggest solutions to resolve customer problem complaints and report to company management and customers contact persons. • Fault analysis & dispatch service requests to field operations for service restoration & maintenance with suitable information and solutions for troubleshooting. • Follow up on fault and restoration SLA to ensure customer satisfaction. • Generate product and service performance reports for management, recommend process improvement or system management tools if necessary.
