หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: This brokerage firm led by a team of British directors serves expatriates in providing international insurance and financial services e.g. retirement plans etc. The Client Service Executive is responsible for the operational maintenance of relationships with prospective clients, existing clients and provider partners with the aim of providing the best products, services and premiums that enable the company to win new clients and retain existing clients. In this role the Client Services Executive will take the time to understand the needs of the customer to ensure that products and services are administered efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, external providers and internal stakeholders. Administration: Organise and manage administrative processes effectively and efficiently. Customer Service: Provide support to clients, providers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive service experience is delivered.
