Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments.
• Monitor performance, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management to support business goals.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a higher managerial role.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Hotel Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management (hospitality/service industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, cost control, and efficiency improvement.
• Proficiency in English (a third language is a plus).
• Computer skills: MS Office, ERP, POS, PMS (Opera/Comanche).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
