Director of Sales

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve hotel revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Team to meet individual and departmental targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee corporate, leisure, MICE, and online travel agent (OTA) segments.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Revenue teams to develop promotional campaigns.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance reports, forecasting, and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with clients and travel partners.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of local and international markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Comanche).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
