หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Obtain booking request from customers and contact appointed carriers and /or overseas agents to get their shipping instructions as well as related the rates agreement. • Check cost /selling rate / service contract / profit share are correctly, no loss. If loss, should check back to person in charge and raise it to Supervisor Customer Service / Ocean Export Manager / Ocean Freight Manager. • Place booking to appointed carriers and ask for their booking confirmation. • Obtain the shipping particulars (SI ) and relevant documents from customers. • Prepare and follow up AMS ,10+2 , AFR , ENS and others as completely form with relevant documents for filing ,and pass to Document Staff to take the next processes. • Pass the job file with completely information & customers/ overseas‘s instruction to Document Staff to open job and further processes. • Coordinate and solve all relevant problems on each particular shipment until closure. • Sign on job sheet for completion ( Checking Invoice / Debit Note / Credit Note issued with concerns cost from subcontract ) before passing it to Supervisor Customer Service or Ocean Export Manager for checking the accuracy. • Update the cargo status and relevant information on systems on time. • Key estimated total cost to JAS systems of all handle shipments before end of month / deadline. • Support to Document Staff and/or team to prepare documents / payment to carrier/co-loader/subcontractor/pre alert on time. • Other assignments by Traffic Supervisor Customer Service or Ocean Export Manager or Ocean Freight Manager.
