Negotiable

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across the organization
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews
Analyze business performance, revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability drivers
Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business expansion projects
Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to support management decision-making
Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to identify risks and business opportunities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data
Support annual business plans, board presentations, and investor-related analysis
Improve financial reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy
Assist management in evaluating new business initiatives, M&A opportunities, and capital expenditure projects
Ensure financial analysis aligns with company policies and strategic objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
3–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, investment analysis, or related functions
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or dashboard platforms is an advantage
Good understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience in healthcare, hospital, or service industries
Knowledge of budgeting systems and business intelligence tools
CFA, CPA, or related professional qualifications are a plus
