Software Development Manager [PHP]

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Assist and support other team members on multiple projects. • Help supervisor to set and implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies. • Set performance goals and conduct peer performance review of team members and provide feedback • Remove the technical impediments for team members • People Management and Technical Management • Build and maintain high team morale • Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members • Help define and implement team goals and objectives • Supervise, train and guide team members • Be knowledgeable about each member of your team, their strengths, weaknesses and effectiveness, whilst translating each of their behaviors into clear tasks and objectives to improve their individual performance • Working with PM and Solution Design Team for facilitate estimation, define development scope of project. • Resource planning to support sales pipeline • 40% hand on development tasks on assigned projects • Represent team to company to give comments for suggestion for company • Define and implement standards to be used (coding standard) • Involve in recruitment process (interview, feedback, make recommendation about hire/not hire)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 7 years of experience in developing Front End, PHP and CMS • At least 3 years of experience as Team Lead or Software Development Manager level in Software Development or IT company • Strong knowledge of PHP framework: Laravel, Yii, etc • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP • Understanding of MVC design patterns • Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application • Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git • Strong facilitation and coaching skills • Excellent personal organization and ability to priorities and carry out multiple tasks • Deep understanding of object oriented JavaScript, solid programming background • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems • Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation • Experiences Optimizing for Search Engines • Demonstrated ability to work closely with the client as a trusted advisor • Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills • Proven team management skills • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git • Able to speaking and writing in English • Thai nationals only
