• • Knowledge of Generative AI Technologies: Experience with generative AI tools and techniques for creating and optimizing automated solutions.
• • Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, NICE, and SAP Build Process Automation for designing and deploying automated workflows.
• • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative automation solutions to address operational challenges.
• • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Skilled in conveying technical concepts and automation strategies clearly to stakeholders, and presenting findings and solutions effectively.
