หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible of leading the Ocean / Air operation team, to oversee and manage operational excellence • Actively engage in operational problem solving solutions to ensure that the most efficient processes are in place to reach high level of productivity and customer satisfaction • Develop local operational strategies for the operations team in accordance and alignment with the company’s strategy • To ensure that financial management, billing and invoicing, and reporting for freight is carried out periodically and ensure that the costs are booked correctly • To work closely in cooperation with the Regional and Local Procurement in the negotiation process of securing the best agreements with carriers • To visit customers periodically to implement processes and SOPs, develop business opportunities and more • To ensure that all freight staffs is trained on the information systems and maintain accuracy of data input in the system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Degree in Logistics and/or equivalent • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Seafreight/Airfreight/ISO Tank operations at managerial level in an international logistics company/forwarder • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency • Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts on internal and external level • Pro-active, aggressive, result oriented and competent leader and team player
