Quality Assurance Engineer

• THE ROLE Join our team of multinational developers collectively pushing the thinking of the financial services industry. We are looking for a QA Engineer with the mindset to use code to empower Thai people to build healthier financial lives. Through the design and execution of systematic test plans, the Engineer will work closely with other developers to ensure the best user experience possible. YOUR TASK ● Good grasp of software testing best practices, including designing test plans, executing software tests, identifying potential risks, conducting integration, regression and stress tests, and using industry standard tools ● Own quality practice and drive the velocity of product development together with scrum team ● Design and plan testing activities in parallel with product design/implementation ● Define necessary test automation, design automation flow, share implementation effort with software engineer ● Monitor and ensure each change achieves its business KPI on production SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS ● Ability to code in any programming language ● Familiarity with any defect-tracking tools such as JIRA, Mantis, GitHub issues ● Strong analytic thinking and keen sense for finding logic gaps ● Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner ● Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the team's schedules and goals ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Experience in Test automation or Katalon, Selenium is a plus ● Experience in Agile Methodology is a plus ● Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai is desirable ● Graduated from IT related field What can you expect from us? ● Join a fantastic team: Work with the top management of the company, with backgrounds from leading consulting, banking and start-up companies. ● Learn: Work with a team with a proven track-record of building successful internet companies. ● Have fun: A challenging, fun and international environment ● Grow: Great opportunities for further career advancements, either within the regional group or in one of our country teams
