Japan Transportation Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (JTT) was established in December 2013. The company shareholders are 3 major Japanese multinationals: EAST JAPAN RAILWAY (a major Railway Operator in Japan), Marubeni Corporation (a leading Japanese trading house with diversified business interest all over the world) and Toshiba Corporation (an established Japanese entity in information technology, communication equipment, social infrastructure and power systems, etc). The main operating objective of the company is to provide maintenance work for the MRT Purple Line Project- Khlong Bang Pai station to Tao Poon station under the main Contractor - MTJV (Marubeni - Toshiba joint venture) Thailand Co., Ltd. Our Company JTT is getting equipped to commence the maintenance work of the MRT- Purple Line by 2016, for the purpose of BMCL\\\'s public operations. JTT will be delivering the maintenance support for a period of at least 10 years. *** Please note all positions need to work in our Maintenance Depot of the Purple Line Project in Khlong Bang Pai, Nonthaburi.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • This role is responsible for maintaining day to day personnel services including filing / data entry / document control in order to meet the ISO requirements and support on any payroll processes, time attendance data / disciplinary action process, and suggestion system, employee relation, recruitment process.
  • Monitoring leave record, time attendance data/late arrival record;
  • Coordinating on related health check / criminal record check / annual health check / insurance policies / medical insurance / uniform;
  • Arrangement some parts of onboarding programme, especially on rules and regulations, probation period, time attendance and leave;
  • Supporting HR & Administration activities including compensation, recruitment / interviewing, appraisal, suggestion system, and disciplinary action;
  • Administering HR & Administration communication according to JTT policy;
  • Inviting d HR quotations for purchase, comparison and evaluation and submitting to HR & Administration Manager for approval;
  • Performing filing, data entry, and ISO 9001 documentation activities of Human Resources & Administration Department;
  • Performing and carrying out duties as instructed or directed by the HR & Administration Manager.
