หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Functions: Training Officer will be responsible for coordinating training activities, implementing training programs and managing training documents and records.
• Performing and carrying out duties as instructed or directed by the Maintenance Training Manager.
• Assisting the HR & Administration Manager in conducting training needs analysis and establishing training curriculum.
• Coordinating with system or equipment suppliers in the production of training and assessment materials. •Facilitating the delivery of training courses, both classroom and practical instructions by providing training logistics service. •Performing a variety of pre-training activities such as planning, organising, coordinating, and conducting trainee orientations and familiarisation activities, including keeping records of training. •Monitoring system and equipment suppliers in developing course outline, lesson plans, and delivery of training to the maintenance organisation. •Supervising, monitoring and instructing trainees on the use of tools and equipment in both real and simulated environments in the recommended safe ways.
• Determining the training needs of trainees, and providing tutorials or remedial instructions when required.
• Maintaining a team of qualified “line trainers” from different departments.
• Facilitating the transfer of knowledge and skills that are critical to the safety of all employees and customer.
• •Ensuring outputs are delivered to an appropriate standard within the planned schedules and budgets. •Providing administrative support in arranging meetings, demonstrations, workshop, seminars, etc.,

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience and some experiences in other HR functions.
• Ability to design and conduct training needs study and comply training curriculum and calendar.
• General understanding of training process and requirements for different types of classroom and on-site practical training.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills.
• Good team player and work closely with team members to complete multi tasks and meet deadlines.
