CMMS Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• This role is responsible for all Levels of CMMS maintenance activities and will oversee the CMMS maintenance team in handling maintenance activities. Reporting to the Planning & Control Manager, the principal responsibilities of the CMMS Maintenance Engineer shall include the following in regard to his or her assigned domain: 1) Performing and carrying out duties as instructed or directed by the Planning & Control Manager. 2) Implementing all Levels of maintenance activities of the responsible discipline. 3) Overseeing the CMMS maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance tasks. 4) Ensuring outputs are delivered to an appropriate standard within the planned schedules. 5) Supporting the department head to meet maintenance targets and achieve continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Must: 1) Degree in computing engineering or any other relevant engineering discipline. 2) Recognised engineering qualifications in rail industry is preferable. 3) Minimum 3 years of experience in providing maintenance service for CMMS systems within any industries. 4) Working knowledge of the methods, equipment and techniques used in the design, development, and maintenance of CMMS systems. 5) Experience in maintenance planning, preparing maintenance budget, maintenance plans and procedures, instructions, technical specifications, safety and quality plans.
