Technical Officer (Admin-TRW)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Organize and maintain both soft and hard copy documents for Trackwork Department, ensuring proper filing and accessibility within the department library.
• Provide administrative support to Maintenance Manager (Trackwork), Deputy Manager (Trackwork), Senior Engineer (Trackwork), and Engineer (Trackwork) for all documentation-related tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations and generate purchase requests for required products upon receipt of quotations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and preparing minutes of meetings in both Thai and English as required.
• Act as a key representative in assigned committees as designated by Maintenance Manager (Trackwork).
• Perform general administrative duties, such as, o Monthly attendance tracking, leave balance monitoring, and overtime recording.
• Coordinate with HR & Training regarding HR and Training issues.
• Etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Good communication skills with both Thai and English.
• 2.Good computer skills, also SAP / CMMS is an advantage.
• 3.Good coordination skills with service mind.
• 4.Highly motivated and flexible to work in a time-sensitive environment.
