Coordination Officer (HR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities •Arrangement of vehicle for management, including instruction and supervision of drivers for any and all purposes. •Arrangement of transport, accommodation, restaurants, medical facilities and other relevant issues for management, for any and all purposes. •Filling, collating and preparing documents for management. •Liaison with relevant organization and clients under instruction by the management. •Arrangement of meeting and relevant facilities, instructed by management. •Visa and Work Permission support for expatriates. •Coordination for visitors including acting as Receptionist. •Other clerical and day-to-day tasks instructed by management. •Support on personal and family issues for expatriates to reasonable extent.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female. Age between 25-35 •Bachelor's degree in Secretarial science, administration or any related fields. •Minimum 2 years of experience in visa / work permit arrangement under BOI promotion procedure. •Working experience in Japanese invested companies is a plus. •Good English communication skills, and Japanese communication is an advantage. •Good IT operation skill. •Highly motivated to work in time sensitive environment. •Logical thinking •Multi-tasks skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Team-spirited, service minded and details-oriented.
