- Provide excellent customer service to our members and customers - Sell memberships to our customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Manage Customer Service Team with a dotted line for Personal Training - Manage all operations of the club, including following-up on Maintenance items - Ensure Roster and Staff Scheduling can support the Club and Members - Join exercise classes to learn about our services and our members - Process all documents for members - Coordinate with Head Office for Accounting, Human Resources and other functions - Other responsibilities may be assigned
