หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Understand and hand on server, storage, network, virtualization, backup, and container solution.
2. Deliver and implement projects with according to customer’s technical requirement as agreed in the technical proposals.
3. Will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time.
4. Provide Level 1 and 2 for fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution and preventive maintenance for customer when required.
5. Provide scheduled standby during non-office hours to carry out troubleshooting on customer’s premises if required.
6. Study and evaluate IT solutions that best fit corporate requirement with timely and good professional quality as well as align with business requirement.
7. Knowing VMWare, Veeam, Linux, and Microsoft is prefer.
8. Willing to learning and acquire professional certificate.
