หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide network design, configuration, and implementation
• Focus mainly on Hotel segment
• Deliver and implement projects with according to customer’s technical requirement as agreed in the technical proposals
• Will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time
• Provide Level 1 and 2 for fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution and preventive maintenance for customer when required
• Provide scheduled standby during non-office hours to carry out troubleshooting on customer’s premises if required
• Study and evaluate IT solutions that best fit corporate requirement with timely and good professional quality as well as align with business requirement
• Willing to study and update new technology all the time

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Understand network configuration and firewall setup policy
• Have experience in configuration of Cisco, Aruba, Rackus, Huawei, or other network brands
• Have network certification or pass any network training course with 2-3 years experience would be prefered
• Team working oriented, fast learner, like to explore new technology, and proactive
• Good command of spoken and written English language would be advantage
• Easy going, good presentation skill, and have a good personality
