- Process insurance premium refunds for applicants and prepare credit card schedules. Provide consultations, answer questions and address complaints from applicants/agents in case of coverage rejection, postponement or due cancellation. - Calculate insurance premiums, issue new proposals, review (COF-OUT), and revise proposals (COF-IN), and submit for approval. - Process the payment of medical examination and medical history request expenses for applicants, agents and sales departments, and provide advice on medical examination fees. - Issue letters requesting additional documents and medical history for underwriting process. - Summarize monthly work statistics and collect daily work records.
