HR Compliance Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate closely with the team to develop and update policies that comply with legal requirements and labor laws.
• Support compliance with HR policies and legal requirements by investigating and resolving compliance issues and employee grievances.
• Continuously develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and best practices, and ensure these are communicated effectively to employees.
• Stay informed about evolving labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance and audit reports.
• Work closely with legal counsel, HR team members, and other departments to address compliance concerns and implement best practices.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR compliance, labor law, or a related field
• Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office
