Call Center (Executive VIP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Be the point of contact for Executive customers and responsible for providing customer care and retaining of Executive portfolios. With an in-depth understanding of products and services. •To establish pleasant and long-term relationship by identifying customer’s needs and developing personalized services and support that exceed customer’s expectation. •To identify opportunity to enhance value of the customer’s portfolio to achieve business growth and profitability. •To work autonomously, with the latitude to interpret standard procedures and practices and to recommend changes to procedures and practices to best support customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor’s degree in any fields •Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/call center field •Experience in Life Insurance Industry is preferable. •Strong service mind and have an optimistic point of view. •Good computer and interpersonal skill •Ability to speak/write English will be a strong plus •Ability to work well under pressure •Ability to work in shift (5 working days and 2 days off – day off are not always on Saturday and Sunday) and able to be relocated.
