• Trainer for all courses for the Training Operation - K Bancassurance Team, the Training Operation – Agency Team, and the Training Operation-Affinity and Direct Marketing Team. • Develop courses and course media, manuals, and booklets together with the Academy Strategy and Administration Department. • Coordinate with K-Bancassurance, Agency, and Affinity channels on course development.

• Male/Female age 25 – 35 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or others. • Have at least 2-3 years of experience as an insurance trainer or have experience in organizing courses to prepare for IC License exam or have sales experience in the insurance industry. • Have a general understanding about the insurance industry, sales techniques, or knowledge about finance or banking; knowledge about investment advising (IC License) will receive special consideration. • Have ability to motivate, conduct team building, teaching about agency management, training and advising about financial planning, saving and investment planning, as well as tax planning. • Have good computer (MS Office) skills.
