• The Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA) Department offers the opportunity for skilled professionals in the areas of relationship management and sales to effectively provide customers with a financial solution best suited to them with wide-ranging product offerings while receiving monthly compensation as well as incentive bonus as well as full marketing support in terms of research, analysis, products, network and events. Responsibilities 1. Develop and manage relationships with affluent customers to provide analysis of customer’s needs and offer comprehensive financial solutions. 2. Recommend appropriate investment-linked life insurance products as well as other life, health and critical illness insurance products to customers. Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or any other related fields. 2.Four and two years of experience in related field for senior advisor and advisor, respectively. 3.Holders of Insurance Agent License and Investment Consultant (IC) License – previously Single License – preferable; but could also be achieved at later stage. 4. Knowledgeable about financial services and products. 5.Passionate about analyzing customer’s needs, enhance customers’ understanding regarding financial solutions, optimizing investment strategy and offering financial solutions for customers. 6. Proven relationship management skills. 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Driven to success.
