Real Estate Project Development (Project Architect)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties and responsibilities: Operate real estate development project in terms of acquiring real estate and developing real estate project as well as other special projects as assigned 1. Operate real estate development project in terms of acquiring real estate by coordinating with a real estate seller, a real estate appraiser, a building inspector 2. Operate real estate development project in terms of developing real estate project by coordinating with a designer, a project’s consultant, a contractor and other units 3. Gather information and documents regarding formation of contracts such as appraisal contract, design contract, consultant contract as well as coordinating with Investment Legal Department and Legal Department in order to formulate a contract 4. Prepare budget of projects 5. Prepare performance report or provide information regarding performance of real estate development project to the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) 6. Formulate performance summary report and prepare documents to present to Team Manager for Real Estate Investment Committee Meeting and other committees 7. Give advice, being a mentor and teach junior staff about works 8. Operate other special projects as assigned 9. Study, enhance knowledge and follow information, news, updated technology and new knowledge regularly in order to apply to the work assigned by a supervisor 10. Operate and align real estate development project with the Company’s plan

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• *Education: -Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, business administration or other related fields *Work Experience: -At least 3 years in real estate development field Skills:  Have analytical skills, skills in work process planning, control, monitor, evaluate, communicate and coordinate with other departments as well as external parties  Have good command of English, computer skills in basic programs and design programs  Able to work in team, be responsible and enthusiastic in work  Able to work under high pressure  Have problem solving skills
