หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage tasks and cooperate with other departments to improve the service following a company policy. -Plan the team resources for any season, new country, and new system update. -Make sure the team gets real-time information from the operators. -Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary. - Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them - Fluency in written and spoken English. We will take special consideration if your TOEIC 700 (additional languages French, Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese are desirable) - Customer service experience. - Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures. - Availability to work a flexible schedule.
