Customer Support Specialist (IN, LK)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel trips as the customer requested.
• Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary.
• Regular contact with current Transport Operators.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in Customer Support will be a plus
• Quick and fast response, have service mind, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• TOEIC Certificate (if any)
