Responsible

• A group booking specialist is responsible for arranging trips for large groups of customers, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements, and making the necessary reservations. They will work closely with customers to determine their travel needs, plan itineraries, and book vehicles and add-on services to ensure customer satisfaction. Their job also requires them to communicate with the IT department and transport suppliers in order to facilitate the reservation process to ensure a smooth and remarkable experience.
• When travel arrangements are within approved requirements and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservations as requested.
• Advises travelers and assists with any need to facilitate the trip.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the group-booking product line, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and road-map development, and product launch.
• Collaborate closely with the IT, marketing, and customer support teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
• Monitor the number of deals closed and the revenue generated and create the sales report daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow up on unsuccessful booking attempts to identify potential problems in the group booking process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

More qualification

• 2 years of working experience
• Previous working experience in the hotel or tourism industry is a plus
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
• A third language is a plus
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations (e.g., Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, or ASEAN, etc.)
