Business Developer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyse, prioritize, and plan business strategies, as well as coach the junior members.
• Explore and take the initiative to lead the negotiation with any new potential partners to maximize revenue for the company.
• Check daily and weekly sales, as well as identify unusual sales behavior and report on potential/occurring technical glitches.
• Monitor and check on several types of data (pricing, sales performance, customer reviews), and manipulate and analyze the data to make further actions crucial for the company's business.
• Coordinating and working closely with IT, Inventory, and Analyst teams to improve low-conversion pages
• Identify problems with the supplier and sort out and resolve any bottlenecks that slow down or obstruct the collaboration between parties.
• Keep regular contact and ensure the smooth cooperation of the company with all current transport companies/partners.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent in written and spoken English and good at communicating with foreign colleagues
• Natural in speaking about and representing the company's interests.
• Quick to learn and courageous to face new challenges.
• Emotionally ready to deal with pressures and high expectations.
• Able to understand the nature of the tourism business and industry.
• Available for several-day trips/potential business trips with business purposes in the future, if need be.
