Senior Customer Support (IN&LK)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media. - Book, reschedule, and cancel trips as the customer requested. - Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary. - Regular contact with current Transport Operators - Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male/Female between 23 to 30 years. (New Graduate are Welcome) - Fluency in written and spoken English - Customer service experience. - Quick and fast response, have a service mind, and able to work under pressure. - Availability to work a flexible schedule.
