Country Manager Assistant (IN & LK)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Develop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation provider and other important industry groups. - Direct selection, contact negotiation and on boarding of transport operator and additional inventory providers. - Checking on daily and weekly sales. - Work with Google Ads Experts for analyzing routes with low conversion. - Solve financial balance discrepancies. - Contact and partner up with affiliate agents to increase the traffic on www.12go.asia - Work closely with internal stakeholders - Marketing, Inventory, Support and Affiliate Management but ultimately responsible of all non-technical aspects of the business in the country. - Manage the booking process and any customer support issues that may arise with the goal of streamlining operations. - Handle critical support cases that are related to finance and legal. Track reviews and support cases to identify problems and to resolve. - Track development progress and provide regular updates. - Recruit dedicated and talented members to the company.
