หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Tasks & responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all data for payroll processing as monthly & yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors and line manager to get all concerned payroll information on time with accuracy of payment
2. Prepare and support annual compensation and benefit survey by working with direct superior in order to use for internal and external comparison.
3. Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package.
4. Provide the remuneration package proposal for the successful candidates and promotion of the employees by evaluation the job to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
5. Review and implement company’s policies with related to compensation and benefits regularly.
6. Advise to all employees, supervisors, and line Managers about compensation and benefit concerns in order to ensure all parties have understanding in the same direction
7. Manage all employees’ database

Qualifications & experience
1. Bachelor’ s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
2. 7 - 9 years plus working experience in compensation & benefit.
3. In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
8. Good in written & spoken English
