หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for conducting recruitment processes in accordance with company’s policies and standards to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position. 2. Responsible for providing advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioral analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the best candidate 3. Responsible for developing employees’ competencies by providing high quality training program based on individual or team development plan to enhance their job skills to become more effective and productive. 4. Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 2. 7-9 years experiences as a Talent Management / Talent Acquisition in a similar role 3. In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Excellent organizational and project management skills 6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 8. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management 9. Good in written & spoken English
