หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Stay up-to-date with regulatory legislation relating to flavors & food industries in both Thailand and international markets. 2. Review, process and support quality/regulatory-related documents requests from customers. 3. Provide regulatory advice and regulatory information to cross-functional teams, such as R&D and Quality Management System (QMS), and manages regulatory matters as assigned. 4. Participate in regulatory inspections, audits, and inquiries to provide documentation and support as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years, Experience in Regulatory Affairs with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to flavor products. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex regulatory requirements and issues effectively. - Familiar with Quality Management, Document Control, GHP & HACCP, or FSSC 22000 principles is a plus. - Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and Thai
