หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide expert advice and guidance to the CEO on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
• Lead the recruitment process for key positions across the company, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Advise and guide managers on employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints promptly and fairly.
• Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding, data management, and record-keeping.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive company culture.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2-3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce is a plus.
