Sales Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B sales, focusing on Training, IT Solutions, or Service-based offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for project-based sales (3-4 months), from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct face-to-face (F2F) meetings with clients to present solutions and build strong business relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to support business strategy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in B2B Sales.
• Background in selling Training, IT Solutions, or Service-based products.
• Strong experience in managing project-based sales cycles (3-4 months).
• Comfortable with face-to-face (F2F) client meetings.
• Familiarity with KPI-driven sales environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
