Booking.com (Thailand) Co Ltd, one of the support companies in Thailand, is looking for a Editing Team Leader – Thailand. We are looking for a talented Team Leader to manage the Editing Team from our Bangkok office. As an Editing Team Leader you will provide Editors with guidance and support in their daily tasks and focus on each team member’s personal and professional development. You will also focus on the Content quality and the operational strategy of your area (and that of your editors), together with central Content Management, the Regional Editing Manager and local Hotels teams. You will often be the link between the local teams in the Hotels department and the editors. You will be responsible for being a strong voice for the Content department in your area and ensuring that Content’s needs are understood and practiced throughout the office and wider region. A strong knowledge of the Content department, flexibility and strong communication skills are crucial for this role.
