We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Marketing Team. The Senior will be responsible for creating strong concept work and original designs for Online car insurance website. These projects include, but are not limited to collateral materials, UX/UI & web page design, EDM, landing page, and social media graphics. You must have the ability to create original layouts and be current web design trends. The Senior Web UX/UI will work closely with the Marketing team to collaborate in creating on-target or A/B testing, high-quality design solutions, increase User Experience, conversion. You should know how to design for technical execution and think out-of-the-box when it comes to the design and function of the site as well as demonstrated visual storytelling. • The development of new, innovative designs to increase the strength of the brand and online buying process • Execute conceptual creative design and production work on each assigned project to meet stated deadlines, including layouts and any revisions or changes as required through completion and then production • Work with Web Manager, online ads team, creative team, and agencies or partners to determine project needs and requirements • Update UX/UI styling changes to existing layouts, emails, and/or website • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. • At least 4+ years design experience in UX/UI of web/mobile e-commerce. • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience to create prototype. • Experience to know mechanism of Salesforce. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is plus. • Thorough understanding of onsite SEO best practices. • Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, heat mapping, and user behaviour analysis.
