Overview the email process workflow including development of the email calendar, all email campaigns, template design, copywriting, CTAs, cluster segmentation, etc. • Building email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns. • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to identify appropriate email content and message • Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required. • Work to maximize opening rate and minimize unsubscribe rate while increasing the overall transactions driven by email • Launch campaigns to grow the email database • Run A/B or multivariate tests on Subjects, CTAs, content, segmentation, etc. • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions • Build effective dashboard to track the email marketing efforts

Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Background in Insurance or Banking is an advantage • Excellent analytic skills • Ability to compile and analyze data • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems • Ability to troubleshoot coding problems • Ability to write queries and define new audience types • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation • Fluent in Thai and English with strong communication skills • Knowledge of basic Html and CSS • Experience with SendGrid is a plus • Knowledge of Google Analytics
