- Managing and monitoring for general purchasing and general warehouse - Set up and review the general purchasing procedure and update the SOP - Set up the internal control for general warehouse - Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies - Draft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms - Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench-marking - Seek and partner with reliable vendors and supplier monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness - Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power - Assess, manage and mitigate risks - Determine quantity and timing of delivery - Manage day to day purchasing process

- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing - Bachelor Degree in a related field, or possessing a technical degree along with considerable experience working at a management level within manufacturing purchasing environment. Fabrication knowledge is an advantage - Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills, possess a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills and able to build relationships. - Excellent in the use of MS Excel and good with other MS Office applications, Windows - Friendly, open-minded, self-driven, dynamic, proactive and result-oriented. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (in Thai and English). - Able to work in Ben Tre, Vietnam - Thai nationality only, age not over 45 years old
