• Job Purpose: The main role of an Industrial Engineer is responsible for determining most effective ways to improve production process. Includes analysis all aspects of the production method & process for efficiency improvement. Ensure a production's processes easier, faster, better quality and more affordable. Responsibilities: - Study and analyze the process pain points of each unit in the production department. - Plan and propose the methods for process improvements. Implement and follow up improvements in production processes and practices. - Facilitate cross-functional team work to achieve continuous improvement objectives. - Compile and track improvement project data and reports on status. คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Science and Technology or any other related Engineering and Science fields. - New graduate are welcome. - Willing to learn and fast learning. - Logical thinking. - Good interpersonal. - Good command in English. - Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy. - Able to work in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
