Trax Intertrade Co., Ltd. is a company under umbrella of Liberty Inter Group where over 30 years of experience manufacturing quality sportswear for teams and retailers, Liberty Inter Group has built a reputation of being one of the fastest and highest quality standards manufacturer while maintaining a customer centric services to its clients. Liberty Inter Group was established in 1982 with initially only 50 employees. Today we have continued to grow successfully with operations coverage thru out ASEAN, which includes Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia, allowing us a production capacity of 3 million pieces per month.
We are a well-established sportswear supplier for numerous world-class brand names. We have factories in 4 countries with sufficient capacity to serve markets from Europe, USA, Asia, South Africa, and Latin America. We have a complete in-house garment manufacturing production process from pre-production processes to post production processes.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:-
- Provide Help Desk support and troubleshooting to resolve software application problems to the end users satisfaction
- Assist remote users with access problems ranging from password resets to network access failures
- Identifying faults and issues, recommending appropriate paths to resolution, and fixing as appropriate.
- Respond promptly to support requests from the end users regarding applications, connectivity issues, software installations, etc. and resolves issues to minimize downtime

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Age 25 - 35, Male or Female, Thai nationality only
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Application Support/Help desk
- Maintains strict confidentiality (e.g. passwords and other system security features) for ensuring security
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone
- Experience of installation and configuration of PCs and associated peripherals and software
- Knowledge of current operating systems and software applications, i.e. Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office
- Ability to work independently, remain productive during slow times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic application support is a plus
- Able to work in Roiet
