หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities:- - Provide Help Desk support and troubleshooting to resolve software application problems to the end users satisfaction - Assist remote users with access problems ranging from password resets to network access failures - Identifying faults and issues, recommending appropriate paths to resolution, and fixing as appropriate. - Respond promptly to support requests from the end users regarding applications, connectivity issues, software installations, etc. and resolves issues to minimize downtime

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age 25 - 35, Male or Female, Thai nationality only - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields - 1-3 years of experience in Application Support/Help desk - Maintains strict confidentiality (e.g. passwords and other system security features) for ensuring security - Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone - Experience of installation and configuration of PCs and associated peripherals and software - Knowledge of current operating systems and software applications, i.e. Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office - Ability to work independently, remain productive during slow times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations - Exceptional Communication skills - Must be organized and detail oriented - Experience in Microsoft Dynamic application support is a plus - Able to work in Roiet
