Senior HR Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process - Conduct orientation to new employees - Update OC, JD, JE - Assist in Performance Management Process (KPIs, 360 Degree Feedback, IDP, etc.) - Facilitate public / in-house training - Encourage employee relation and engagement through activity - Perform corporate internal communication - Monitor and update company's rules and regulations - Coordinate with the expat on visa, work permit and other matters - Perform day-to-day for all administration and human resource tasks - Coordinate with top managements on any matters - Assist to Vice President on scheduling, preparing presentation/data and other ad-hoc assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences, HRM, HRD, OD, General Management or related fields - Experienced in HR field more than 5 years - Experienced in multi international company - Good command in English is a must - Good knowledge in Thai labor law - Good at using MS office, Windows and E-mail Application - Able to use AI, PS and VDO Editing is an advantage - Able to travel to work in up-country and overseas
