Log, track, and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system (or similar system)
Provide remote assistance and guidance to resolve issues or escalate as needed
Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware components
Maintain knowledge base and documentation for common issues and solutions
Assist users in understanding and adapting to new software interfaces and functionalities
Provide training sessions or materials to help users learn how to effectively use new software systems
Address user questions and concerns related to the new software's features and workflows
Gather feedback from users and communicate potential improvements or issues to relevant teams

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and service-oriented mindset.
Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments.
English speaking
