• Curriculum development • Support head of department to developing training roadmap and curriculum for liberty group employee • Identify Training need analysts work closely with Talent organisation development people to bride the gap of employees competency • Evaluating, reviewing and revamping course and curriculum to increase effectiveness and outcomes • Working with Facilitator and related parties in planning and developing training course and learning tools • Coordinating with all party and compliance to ensure training materials are accurate and complied with requirements from related regulators Performance Management • Review the quality and timeliness of performance management system • Ensure the linkage of performance management, learning and development, and reward systems • Drive the KPI and performance for results mindset across the company • Drive the people oriented and ensure good managerial skill for managers and above • Manage and monitor performance evaluation, process and policy of performance management Digital learning and knowledge management • Creating and Develops E-learning content, multimedia, and modules. (interactive exercises and assessments) • Updates materials,re-versions learning objects, and other revisions to ensure contents is up-to-date, organized and accurate. • Plans, develops arranges and execution E-learning programs. Focuses on knowledge management. • Drives and shares knowledge to strengthen staff’s competency. • Designs measurement(L1-L4) instruments, advanced learning activities questions for quizzes and certification exams. • Retrieves, provides and manages E-learning report to ensure the completion of course assignment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male - Female, age 28 - 40, Thai nationality only. - BA in HR, Political Science, OD, or related fields. - Proven minimum of 5 years’ experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Specialist or similar from Multi National company. - Intensive knowledge of effective learning and development methods. - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. - Experience in project management and budgeting effectively. - High English proficiency with proficient in MS Office suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Excellent communication, planning, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen. - Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors. - Track record of management development and a variety of training and development techniques. - Confident presenter and public speaker. - Creative thinker with the ability to work on own initiative. - Able to travel if required.
