หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Summary: Ensuring that the company has the material (Fabric and Accessories) for manufacturing as the customer's requirements and specification required (Quality, Cost, Timeline) Responsibilities: - Receive forecast from marketing, convert to raw material forecast. - Review supplier’s allocation and source. - Create timeline for material preparation (Forecast Sharing / Greige Booking / Pull Forward Schedule) and communicate with suppliers to prepare and confirm back material lead-time commitment. - Summary material forecast volume of suppliers, review supplier’s allocation and sources, proceed material sourcing, material counter development if need and proceed material price negotiation. - Control purchasing orders lead-time and accuracy of data in a purchasing database according to material allocation plan. (Supplier Name / Price / Lead-time / Term and Consumption) - Review and ensure material utilization and accuracy with purchasing database. - Support with the follow up with suppliers on the receipt of purchasing order with correct standard lead-time according to material booking, planning and material allocation plan. - Support with the follow-up with suppliers on material delivery and all purchasing requirement, documents and processes, evaluate vendors and supplier’s performance and create any action plan to secure material delivery. - Stock management and inventory report.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Female / Male, age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related fields - Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Procurement or any relevant field - Textile purchasing experience for a manufacturing / ERP and MRP experience in a manufacturing setting - Objectively, Agility, Communication & Relationship, Leadership, Logical Thinking - Good English communication skills - Ability to perform formula level math to solve narrative problems - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
