Accounting Manager (IFRS & Tax specialist)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description IFRS • Anticipate and analyse new TFRSs and other financial reporting matters like IFRS to understand their implications. • Conduct research and prepare technical advice to financial reporting team on accounting and reporting issues on accounting standards and interpretations. • Develop and conduct trainings to accounting staff and management on new accounting standards and interpretations. • Regular update on technical issues and accounting standards development. • Work with external parties e.g. auditor and regulator on new accounting standards and other financial reporting development. • Develop accounting manual and policies. • Ac-hoc tasks as required by management. Tax • Identify tax and accounting differences and transactions that have tax implications, conduct tax research, and be proficient in interpreting and applying the tax laws and regulations. • Identify tax planning opportunities, develop and advise solutions for the Company. • Communicate effectively with concerned parties to gather information and understand transactions to ensure proper tax condition. • Provide advise to concerned parties to ensure effective decision making and minimize potential business risks that may occur. • Assist in reviewing documents to ensure that they are in accordance with tax laws and regulations. • Assist company in handling tax audits, queries, investigations, litigation with the tax authority. • Ac-hoc tasks as required by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree/Master degree in Accounting; • Excellent technical and applied knowledge of TFRS, IFRS and taxes; • Good communication and presentation skills; • Audit experience background is a plus; • Life insurance background or CPA qualification is a plus; • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and able to work with minimal supervision; • Well developed interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with senior people across different departments.
