หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Coordinate with customer and team to manage order as per company working instructions and guideline in timely manner. • Regularly report Manager, and coordinate with internal teams on incidences • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and in accordance with company policies/guidelines.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Good command of English • 1 year of working experience • Welcome fresh graduates • Business and operational experience, preferably in ticketing. • Knowledge of computer PC and Microsoft Office • Attentive to detail with excellent communication skills and patience. • Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively. • Cooperative with strong team spirit • Confident verbal communication and polished written communication in Thai & English. • Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email, and chat on Social Media platforms. • Capable of working under pressure.
