หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• รายละเอียดงาน Product Registration - Register new Product/Customer profile into CRM system (iMind) - Review/Update Warranty/MA period with participant SALES, Pre-SALES - Register/Update Preventive Maintenance Schedule Support Counter Service for Customer Carry-In correction service - Open Case in CRM (iMind) and print job - Transfer case to HALPDDESK Stock Control Administrate - Inventory transaction movement control (In/Out) - Support Engineer for Stock In/Out - Check and clearing transaction process - Review physical inventory counts and balance accuracy - Administrate volume of Spare part Stock by control of minimum and maximum - Assist Stock Control Manager for update and follow up parts from Engineer - Assist Stock Control Manager for relate stock management/improvement - Generate Inventory Monthly Report - Analys & Generate Report according to management requiements

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
