Marketing & Social media executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Build and execute social media strategy through various platform • Digital media plan & buy all digital media channels (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads Instagram, Twitter, etc.) • Create content calendar regarding to social strategy and feed regular content marketing materials to multiple social media channels. • Response to product question, customer inquiry, feedbacks, complaints and cancellation. • Grow Craze target audiences through viral engagement to maximize opportunities for digital content and platforms • Utilizing marketing analytics and social monitoring tools (Digital Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Analytic, SEO, SEM, Google Adword, Zanroo and etc.) • Monitoring campaign execution and able to analyze the outcome data to provide future recommendation. • Analyze the appropriate social data/metrics to uncover insights, statistics, trends and create the summary report. • Manage budgets to ensure maximum value and maximum return for investment • Ensure the consistency of brand positioning, brand personality, and mood & tone to exist in all digital marketing materials. • Performs other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields 2.At least 2-years experiences in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ E-commerce 3.Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills 4.Work well under pressure and with cross functional teams Proactive and mature 5.Good command of written and spoken English Contact K.
